Where are my keys stored?

Nowhere. Keys are generated with OpenPGP.js in this tab and disappear when you close it. Download and back up your private key yourself.

Which key type should I pick?

Curve25519 (ECC) is modern, fast and supported by GnuPG 2.1+ and most clients. Choose RSA 4096 only for compatibility with very old software.

Is it compatible with GnuPG?

Yes. Keys, encrypted messages and signatures use the standard ASCII-armored OpenPGP format and work with gpg, Thunderbird, Kleopatra and others.
