RAR (v4 and v5), 7z, TAR, TAR.GZ / TGZ, TAR.BZ2, TAR.XZ, GZ, BZ2, XZ, ZIP, ISO, CAB, CPIO and more — powered by libarchive compiled to WebAssembly.

Can it open password-protected archives?

Password-protected ZIP files, yes. Encrypted RAR and 7z archives are not supported yet, because the WebAssembly libarchive build cannot decrypt them.

Is anything uploaded?

No. The archive is read by a WebAssembly build of libarchive running in a worker in your browser.
