Questions
What can I do with it?
Put several clips in order, trim the start and end of each, add title cards with your own text and colours, and join everything with crossfades. The result is an MP4.
Why does a crossfade make the video shorter?
During a crossfade both clips play at once, so each join overlaps the neighbouring clips by the fade length.
Are my clips uploaded?
No. FFmpeg renders the video on your device. Long or 4K clips need a lot of memory, so 1080p phone clips work best.
