How does it work?
An ESRGAN neural network predicts the missing detail when enlarging. It runs on your GPU through WebGL — nothing is uploaded.
Is there a size limit?
Inputs are capped at 1024 px on the long side to keep it fast, giving up to 2048 px output.
Why is the first run slower?
The model downloads once (a few MB) and is then cached by your browser.
